A downloadable game

"You are raccoons enjoying life by scavenging around the humans' trash. But all of a sudden there is a problem. Someone has called pest control. And this fellow will do everything in his power to get rid of you. "

This is a cooperative resource management game. As a player, you and your friends will choose between 4 different raccoons to portray. Aggro Alice, Hoarding Harry, Solving Stan, and Wise-ass Wonda.

The object of the game is to solve missions before pest control gets you.

As the game progress, he will become more and more dangerous and hard to deal with.

In TRASHING players take turns going through 4 different phases. Moving Pest Control - Drawing resources  - Performing actions - And then ending their turn.

There is a variety of actions to choose from  (Attack, upgrade, eat, explore, trade, share, and complete mission.) This is where most of the gameplay happens and also where the players' communication skills come well in handy.

If you and your friends successfully complete three epic missions you win the game. But be careful. If it takes too long or you forget to attack pest control the danger will be too much and it's game over!

This is a free print-and-play game! You find the files you need in the link below. There you will also find the rulebook.

We hope you like it!

Dear creators,

we played the game today with two players and enjoyed it very much. The setting is nice, the characters are cute and we were having fun.
The game seems to be balanced good and it is nice to have the option to make the game easier or more difficult. The rules are mostly clear.

We just stumbled over some questions while playing. What are the consequenses of a knocked-out pest controle? Is he not moving for the next player's turn or maybe even longer?
And how does the weapon attacking work? Do you use for an attack one energy and one of the trash-tiles the weapon needs or do you use one energy and one red tile and in addition one of the needed tiles?
How does it work with the Knuckle Duster rules, do you need everything double - energy and tile - or just an additional red tile for attacking pest control?

For the printing files I also have a few remarks.
You should recommand to print everything in A3 which eqals double a standard printer paper size like it seems what you did in your video.
I only printed the board split in two, so my cards are a little bit small.
In the print and play pdf there are two green tiles and one player turn card too much and only 12 ckeckmarks instead of 18. The checkmarks are also not very nice to cut with their round form and a bit fiddly.
Also if you want to make the tiles by glueing first and then cutting, the arrangement is not ideal.

Greetings and thank you very much for your game!

Hi.
First of all, THANK YOU so much for trying out our game. That means a lot!

About the rules. A knocked out Pest Control gives you the bonus:
All players draws one tile each and you remove 2 danger markers. Except for when he is flipped. Then all players draw 2 tiles instead. He does however continue to move like normal.

The attack works as follows:
You pay one energy then put a tile on a weapon or pest control. The color of the tile needed depends on the card you are attacking.
For pest control you will always be placing red tiles. But on weapons however the color needed vary a lot.
When Knuckle Dusters is in play it only affects the energy. So you need to pay 2 energy to perform an attack. (Still only one tile).

As for the printing files. We are very well aware that it's not built up perfectly (sorry about that).
This game is a product made in 5 weeks as a school project. And we found ourself short of time in the end. Really appreciate you pointing out the problems with it. As soon as school starts again we will fix this! :)
